Children's Acting Space Tribeca is a new intimate theater designed specifically for children and teenagers 4-14 yrs. Small classes assure personal attention and the nurturing of each child's individual talent. Students will have the opportunity to explore their creativity in this unique "Indoor Playground for child's imagination." A real stage in a real theater plus costumes, lights and sets make being in the C.A.S.T. a true theatrical experience.

Denize Kazan

Denize Kazan the director of C.A.S.T. , founded The Soho Children's Acting Studio where she has taught acting and directed children for the past 17 years, Ms Kazan has worked professionally and has a BA in Drama as well as post graduate work in childhood development and the psychology of learning. She has taught acting and directed productions at several NYC schools including Playwrights Horizons, P.S. 3, Berkeley Carroll, Grace Church School, Saint Anne's, Ethical Culture and The Henry Street Settlement. In addition to teaching, Ms Kazan is a theatrical manager who works directly with several children's agents in NYC to help kids who have the talent and interest pursue a professional acting career. Many of her young students have gone on to work professionally in films and television.
